We're always on the lookout for talented Video Editors
If you're interested in coming on board for an initial fixed term contract
And you've got at least 4 years experience creating branded content
We'd love to hear from you
Please note: We love the collaboration that comes from being in the office together. All new people to team ITCH will be asked initially to be in the office for 5 days, before it turns into a hybrid way of working. We're happy to chat this through with you in more detail during the process
As a Mid Weight Video Editor you’re someone who lives and breathes content - someone at the forefront of what’s trending, what’s about to trend and what engages a brand's audience. A flair for storytelling is vital, we don’t want style over substance, but the visual application of the story is key.
Your role will involve reviewing extensive amounts of footage and hand-picking the best shots. As equally adept at cutting the best edit, picking the best track and creating the best story within the requirements of the brief. Whilst also not being afraid to offer creative solutions when it’s appropriate to do so.
You’ll be comfortable with sound design and colour grading, and always looking at new techniques to help you create the highest quality project for our clients. A creative mind, who also appreciates the importance of process and file management and doesn’t shy away from the reversionning and creating the various outputs that is often required.
As a strong communicator, you are someone who loves open dialogue to help fill in those little gaps that often occur during a fast past agency, to help you get the information and content you need to complete each project.
Finally, your love for editing and telling that story is above everything else.
