The Challenge

Bombay Sapphire hosted ‘The Glasshouse Project’, a three-day event with the world’s best bartenders and some truly inspiring speakers.
Barcardi and creative agency Social Lab wanted to create some unique content from the event for social media. The brief was: ‘no event videos’!  We want unique, inspiring content that embodies what The Glasshouse Project is all about.

The Solution

Working closely with creative agency Social Lab, we produced a creative video-layering format that replicated a cocktail. Each bartender was interviewed throughout the three days and the content we created covered themes such as creativity, inspiration, exploration, experimentation and the perfect cocktail ingredients.

The Result

We created over 40 video assets for social in both square, vertical and 16:9 formats in the space of 2 weeks. We had on-site editors turning around content as we filmed it which was then filtered through to the client and any feedback worked on in real time. The content was also multi-lingual going out to multiple different markets used across multiple social platforms.

It has been a great experience to work with the Itch Media team. They didn’t only make the process very smooth, but also delivered stunning work that everyone at Bacardi absolutely loves.
